We assume the full burden of expertly recruiting, evaluating, screening, and interviewing a great candidate for you. After our resource works a set number of hours on a temporary assignment, you then have the option to convert our resource into one of your own full-time employees.

For the staffing of Direct Hire positions, Cignus identifies the best-fit candidates for the job and the company, and can manage the interview and selection process, and negotiate compensation.
