Cignus Solutions LLC has openings for the position Systems Engineer with Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Technology, Information Sys/Security or related and 6 months of exp to Assist in policy development and enforcement of Information & Technology Services (ITS) procedures, techniques, and methods. Discuss strategies and requirements with internal customers and Application/Operations/Engineering teams and configure custom dashboards, reports, SLA's/SLO's, and alerts on a need basis. Install and upgrade APM servers with the latest software releases and security patching for the APM platform following corporate governance processes. Improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability. Develop/Implement alerts and workflows for Splunk, develop apps and knowledge objects such as Dashboards, reports, and data models. Use SME, identify gaps, and develop ways to improve and automate monitoring to gain operational efficiencies. Create and maintain user-facing documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles, configuration support, and other self-service offerings to drive down support demand and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Cignus Solutions LLC has openings for the position Validation Engineer with Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering any, Technology or related to analyze validation data, process, systems and prepare reports including release reports, metrics, impact assessments and protocol summary reports by adhering to FDA, cGMP standards. Develop and execute Validation plans, FMEA Risk Assessments, Requirements and Design Specifications, Validation Protocols (IQ,OQ and PQ), GxP assessment, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Validation Summary Reports and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform GAP Analysis, Periodic Reviews, Remediation Plan, and maintenance of hybrid systems, closed and open record systems.
